I’m slightly biased, but seriously, 4 BD/ 4 BA, 3232 square feet, high ceilings, large entertaining main floor, wired for all high-tech needs. Oversized two-car garage, amazingly quiet neighborhood with dog-walkers and bike riders going by the house all the time. Why?
